Talking to yourself
Doc can u please tell me if it is normal for an individual to talk to themselve?

I tend to have conversations with myself with regards to situations that arise during the course of the day.
No I dont have an imaginary friend, I just tend to play situations that happened during the day & ways in which i should have or could have responded to situations.

Please let me know if i need professional helpor is this normal ?.

I have seen kids talk to themselves but with adults I have never heard of it.

Dear Justin,
As I just remarked to myself, talking to yourself isn't especially unusual or abnormal, especially if you're rehearsing a situation which may come up, in preparation, or considering how a previous event might have been handled differently. That's a form of rehearsal.
Of course you're unlikely to hear other adults talk to themselves ( except when they've dropped a brick on their foot !) because they also feel awkward about doing it, and try to avoid doing it when they may be overheard, while children don't worry about that. You're find, as I said to myself only yesterday. : } So --- nothing wrong at all, so long as you know it is you who is talking to you !
