I'm involved in a long distance relationship. Three weeks ago we both went for an HIV test and the results came negative for both of us. The problem is I'm now terrified of having sex again in case I become +ve , as a results I'm not looking forward meeting him for the holidays.I know that one can use condoms for protection but everytime I think about sex I just get so nervous and scared.

I think socks makes a lot of sense here. And I think you are responding not simply to a concern about AIDS, but to feeling unready oto make a sexual committment at this stage, and before marriage. Be empowered to say no, if that is how you feel. If he doesn't respect that, he isn't worth loving.
