The boss issue & custody stuff and great news
The more cheerful I get about leaving, the more p'd off my boss gets. 'You WILL do this before you leave' - her exact words translated from Afrikaans. This is one door I will only be too happy to slam closed behind me. Want to prevent the chance of any tendrils coming through an open door to try and pull me back, or mess slime all over the place. And she's not here next week either, because she's moving. She said that she'll be in for a few hours each day, but I'm hoping that the moving part keeps her VERY busy.

Also took the letter from the jerks' lawyer and ripped it to shreds logically. I re-read it and it says that I'll have the children for fathers' day. Nice. His lawyer is a complete idiot. Fresh out of law school and didn't fare too well at English in school. General knowledge also needs a lot of work. Not that the jerk's is any better.

Just amused myself by calling him and pointing out the mistakes - with the laughter evident in my voice. He says that its just a typing mistake. I pointed out that its a typing mistake he definitely doesn't want to be turned into a court order. Perhaps we should completely confuse him and his lawyer with legalese rubbish that's completely binding. I've already set up my own settlement agreement and faxed it through to my lawyer. I'm not budging from my requirements.

My mom and sister might have gotten good service from the Unisa legal aid clinic, but he seems to have gotten the bad apple.

My oldest sister who couldn't get pregnant is pregnant! Without the fertility treatment she's been saving up for! I pointed out that she now has enough money to buy a nice cot, pram and other stuff for the baby. She's in seventh heaven, and the jealousy is completely gone. No nasty comments about my new house. No negativity about other stuff from her either! Its great. All us siblings have noticed the difference and we're hoping and praying that she doesn't miscarry. That will be disastrous.

All from me

What a pathetic dweeb your boss is, what a sore loser. SHE's loving ? So she's trying to get you to tidy up all her messes before she leaves ? I guess they'll throw a big office party to celebrate her departure. "Some people spread joy WHENEVER they go " ?
And as for Jerk, he seems to have found a lawyer who matches his personality and capabilities. And what nice news about your sister !
