as i told u previously i was seeing a therapist but i stopped going as she didnt really want to discuss the incident .. she was more interested in my current life... we only spoke about it once and never again..
She seemed more interested in any dreams i had and that seemed silly and pointless to me so i stopped going about 2 weeks ago.

Any therapist who concentrates on your dreams must have trained around 1920, and has apparently learned nothing since then and is totally out of touch with every modern discovery, including the total lack of any evidence that dream analysis ever helped one single soul at any time in human history. You are absolutely right that what you describe doing was indeed silly and pointless. But don't let this stop you persevering to get proper therapy from someone competent, who has actually read anything professionally published after 1930 ! It's sad to hear that such dinosaurs are still practising.
