Just to make sure you got this reply and to other who might be able to use this info, Im posting as a new post...
I never said anything about Dude, u must be confusing another post to my reply, or else sumone used my nick.
Also, im sorry my answer in 19119 reached you in bad spirit, didnt want to come across like that. The jist of my answer was that, remember that you can help yourself, you are not totally powerless. Dont give all your power up to someone else and expect them to heal or help you. You probably have more good things to give yourself than you realise....
