Anyone out there know what else i can try... i have tried sending my CV all over the place been on many career/jobs sites... however i left my previous job in mind of gaining more experience. Now i have only been here 3 months and it doesn't look good on my CV that i want to already move. I'm working for a non profit organization and they won't change any processes. Not open to suggestions... Please Help!!!
