work related mood
I have been in a very boring job for quite a few years now and I think it has caused me to feel depressed during the day at work. I am starting another job next month as I eventually found something else. Is it possible to get work related depression and be in a bad mood during the day because you sit at work with nothing to do?
I am amazed at how many people I hear from who seem to have nothing to do all day --- its remarkable that businesses waste moeny employing staff they can't keep usefully and happily occupied ! Its not about jobs as such, otherwise, but boring situations tend to make us feel frustrated and miserable, rather than causing depression as such
