Hi, this might seem like a stupid question. My Shar Pei (11 months) has started doing a strange thing. When he sleeps everytime he exhales his nose makes a whistling sound. He sleeps in the house in my room and this keeps me awake at night. Is his nose blocked? What can I do? My other Shar Pei does not have this problem

It sounds like slight nasal blockage or narrowed nasal passages and is probably not serious (considering his age). The breed may suffer from thicckened mucous membranes. The best medial solution is probably to sleep with ear plugs!
