Is there anyway i can get the flea eggs off my kitten's fur without bathing the poor fella?

What you're seeing, is flea dirt, not flea eggs. The flea eggs are laid in protected areas such as your house. Using a flea comb and a bath, all of this debris can be removed. Strict and regular application of flea products on your cat can then help prevent the problem.
