I am not sure if I should direct this question to Cyberdoc or Cybervet, but here goes. We have an ongoing battle with fleas where I live, and I currently have an argument about dog fleas and cat fleas. Are they the same? And do they bite humans? Thanks.

Generally speaking, they are the same (and we do not try to distinguish between them) and yes, they do bite humans. It is therefore important to stop them breeding by treating your dogs as well as cats with effective anti flea remedies, as well as your home with environmental treatments.
