Life span of cats
What is the average life span of cats? Mine is nearing 14 years old and is still looking as healthy and is as active as ever!
Thanks!
Thanks!
The average lifespan in cats vary tremendously, but probably an average of 14 to 18 years. It is not uncommon though, to see cats in their twenties and I have seen several patients that were 22 and 23 years old and still doing very well (and survive surgery where necessary). Obviously, these ages are extremes.
