Puppy Drowsy
Can heat affect puppies even if we're keeping them inside during this extremely hot summer this year? Mine is only 4 months old and he wants to sleep a lot these past two weeks. He eats fine and all but he sleeps an awful lot. It's been in the high 90's here.

Puppies just like young children do spend a lot of time sleeping. Increased ambient temperature will also lead to drowsiness. If he is still eating and drinking well and doing normal day to day activity when awake he is probably fine. If he goes off his food please have your vet check him over and do that anyway if you are concerned.
