sick, sleepy kitten that doesn't want to eat
I adopted a kitten on Saturday from the SPCA. We took her to the vet and they diagnosed her as being fine. They gave her a de-worming tablet and since then she has been extremely sleepy; she doesn't seem to want to eat. She sips occasionaly on milk and water but doesn't seem to want to take in any solids. She also has a slightly runny tummy. But her weekness and her sleeping is worrying me. Should i try using a syringe and feeding her. She is only 7 weeks old. I am terribly worried about her.

Definitely go see your veterinarian again, as a very young kitten cannot go without food for very long. Intake is extremely important and she will need help as soon as possible. Rather go for professional help.

Good luck!
