To call the SPCA or not??
i live on the same property as another lady. when we moved in she had 3 dogs of those 3 only one is left and she bought another puppy wihich died 2 weeks later and another dog which is still around. Her dogs walk the streets constantly! she has one that even chases cars. I have tried my best to keep these dogs inside of the property but to no avial I got home yesterday and her face was covered in blood i went to her owner and told her and she just shrugged and said "shed probably been fighting". I have arranged for one of the dogs to go live on a huge farm in the country.... of course i know this is stealing but I know the poor dog will be much happier there. but should i call the spca about the other lil jack russel she has?

Her last 3 dogs died from distemper and im terrified that the other 2 will die this way also!..

You're quite right to be concerned about their welfare, and I would suggest that you phone the SPCA. They have inspectors that can go round and check on the situation.
