Advise Please
Hi doc

I generally have good eating habits, and run 4 times a week, the problem I am experiencing is that I have lectures 2x a week on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 6-10 at night and it is very difficult to take a proper meal with. Normally ends up being a sandwich for dinner. During study hours at home from 20:00 to 23:30 I feel very "nibbly" and feel like I am continously hungry. I feel now that I need to loose 3kg, but really am battling with the lectures and feeling hungry during study hours?

Check out the 'Diet' site and look for the articles I featured a few weeks ago on: "Making provision for Healthy Eating & Slimming" which should be under 'Weight loss' to obtain tips on how to plan your food intake on a busy schedule. You can use ready-to-eat foods which are not fattening such as fat-free yoghurt or cottage cheese, wholewheat bread or Provita, lean cuts of meat and salads or fruit to take along and also as a boost when you study. If you could include a 30 min session of exercise - walking or home exercise workout this would help you to lose weight and also help you study and relax with this busy schedule of yours.
