am i eating enough?
wil weet of ek reg eet, sukkel om laaste 3kg te verloor. 'n tipiese dag:

ontbyt: 1k allbran, halwe k skim milk
snack: appel, 1k low fat yogurt
middag: slaai (tamatie, komkommer, pynappel,blaarslaai,feta)
snack: 3 provitas, appel
aand: slaai (soos bo) , omtrent 70g vis of hoender, 1k boontjies/wortels/kool/pampoen

ek's 1.65m lank, weeg 58kg.
gym 4/5 keer 'n week al vir 2jaar, 40min kardio

Aangesien jou huidige BMI alreeds laer is as die ideaal nl 21,3 pleks van 22, is daar geen rede hoekom jy nog meer gewig moet verloor nie. Miskien sal dit raadsaam wees om nou bietjie ekstra voedsel in te neem, want jou dieet is baie minimalisties - sluit bietjie ekstra vis of vleis in my jou middag maaltyd en drink nog 'n koppie lae-vet melk per dag. Jy het jou stryd teen gewig gewen en dit is nie nodig om jou liggaam verder te stres nie.
