Snack: fruit & yogurt
Lunch: 2 provitas, Green salad, tablespoon baked beans
Snack: Fruit & yogurt, tablespoon oat bran.
Supper: Grillid or microwaved Fish, chicken, mince with veggies and brown rice/pasta.
I have +- 2.5L liquid per day.

Dear Adele
The diet you describe appears well balanced and you should certainly be regular because of the oat bran, Provitas and fruit you eat. The cardio you do every day during the week is also excellent and regular exercise like this also promotes bowel movements.
Well done and keep up the good work.
Best regards
