Dear Natalie
I presume you are taking the Sotahexal to control hyperthyroidism? If this is the case then you should avoid all diet pills that contain derivatives of epinephrine as this could be counterproductive. To lose weight you need to follow a low-fat, high-fibre diet (click on 'Diet' and 'Weight loss' and 'Slimming Diet' for a copy) and to do regular exercise (join Walk for Life or a good gym), but Please first check with your prescribing dr that you are allowed to do exercise and also what type of exercise is permitted.
Good luck
