Im 32 and paraplegic currentlly weighing 143kg. My main concern is my weight which is ballooning every day. Wondering what strict /balanced diet to follow.
Dear Nonkosi
Because you are paraplegic and not able to do physical exercise I would recommend that you consult a clinical dietitian (visit the Association for Dietetics in SA Website at: www.adsa.org.za and click on "Find a Dietitian" to find a dietitian in your area) to help you with a diet prescription that will assist you to lose weight, but will still provide all the nutrients you need for good health.
