Blood group diet
Hi.
My brother has recently been put on a blood group diet and i've joined him. It doesn't seem like an out-of-kilter diet as we are allowed carbo's, just not wheats or pastas. I'm basically eating potatoes, barley and basmati rice etc.
I'm following the rules as described on the naturefresh.co.za website.
I'm just curious to know if this is bad for me in any way?

I've been on Slim-sure and i remember having to starve myself. I'm not really hungry on this one, and i don't feel deprived of food. It's a bit more tricky, that's all.

Dear AJ
I apologise for only answering your question today, but I had to have an operation last Wednesday, and although I informed the boffins who administer the Message Board, they failed to block incoming messages while I was in hospital.
If this diet does not exclude an entire food group (e.g. all carbs) and you are able to sustain it, then it should be fine. I must tell you that I do not agree with, or believe in the 'Blood diets'. I am not convinced that the blood group diets are based on sound scientific theory. That every person on earth with blood group O needs to cut out carbs, is not logical and also that by doing this you will lose weight. But give it a try, it may well work for you.
Best regards
