body and bone structure
I am 1.75 in height - weight is 56, I have a small frame,I have 2 kids,my problem is that I look anorexic,my ribs are visible,my entire bone structure is very visible,please help

Yes your present BMI = 18,3 which is very low. It would be advisable to gain about 10 kg to try and increase your BMI to about 22, which is ideal. Do a Search on this Website with 'To gain weight' to access the articles I have written about this problematic subject. You will find that you may need to eat more snacks and even include products such as Ensure or Nutren (ask at the chemist) to boost your food intake. If you are very highly strung or active, then it may help to do relaxing exercise like yoga and deep breathing.
