Breakfast
Hi

I just want to know if this is a good breakfast.. An omelet made from 6 egg whites and one yellow, 25 gram baby spinach, 25 grms onion, 6 grams sunflower seeds, a little salt and pepper and a dash of soy milk. I usually have one fruit with it like a banana or two kiwi's. I use a non stick pan and very little spray and cook. What value do sunflower seeds have?

Dear Meg
Your breakfast sounds tasty and healthy. 6 g of sunflower seeds contain 143 kJ and 1.4g plant protein, 3g of fat, some phosphorous, potassium and vit E.
