Butter
Normally butter is labelled as being bad for ones health.Is this true. I normally use Canola. But health wise what will the better option be?

Basic health recommendations encourage people to reduce their saturated fat and cholesterol intake. Butter has relatively high saturated fat and cholesterol contents of 47.8 g and 219 mg per 100g respectively, whereas canola oil is rich in monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats (58.9 g and 29.6 g per 100 ml respectively) which promote heart health. So if you use canola or olive oil you benefit your heart more than if you eat butter.
