Normally butter is labelled as being bad for ones health.Is this true. I normally use Canola. But health wise what will the better option be?

Butter has relatively high saturated fat and cholesterol contents of 47.8 g and 219 mg per 100g respectively, whereas canola oil is rich in monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats (58.9 g and 29.6 g per 100 ml respectively) which promote heart health. So if you use canola or olive oil you benefit your heart more than if you eat butter.
