Calorie count
It is good and well to recommend how many calories you have to reduce by to lose weight but please provide a list of common foods and their calorie count, e.g.
100g grilled skinless chicken = x calories
1slice seed loaf = y calories

It is impossible for me to show you all the energy contents of all the different foods we eat. Click on Diet at the top of this page and then on 'Calorie counter' or look for the SA Food Tables by visiting www.sahealthinfo.co.za and clicking on 'Nutrition'.
