Can't GAIN weight!
hi there,
it's weird that i write here, seeing that my dillema is the total opposite of the main issues here,namely: i'm trying to GAIN weight, instead of losing it!
i'm a 20 year old active male and i only way 51KG!
believe me i've tried every single thing, from taking high calorie foods to supplements,from protien shakes to heavy weight training and NOTHING worked!
please help me gain weight, i've heard of numerous pills such as ECTOPLAN and VITA SALVEO but they are only available overseas.
please please please help me!

Your dilemma is just as difficult to treat as weight loss in individuals who are overweight. For basic information do a Search on the Health24 Website with 'To gain weight' and read the articles. I have just heard that Fresenius Kabi have a possible supplement that can assist with this problem. Phone (011) 203-2000 and ask to speak to the Product Manager for Nutritional Supplements. As I am having a meeting with their representative next week, I shall try and let you know what the product is called.
