Dear Me
Seeing that you present BMI = 22,5, which is ideal for your height, you will not easily lose more weight. I, therefore, do not understand why you would want to lose weight? Be careful that you don't undermine your health by forcing your body to lose weight when you are already at your ideal weight. Please reconsider this urge to get even thinner - you could become anorexic and that is not the way to go. You can certainly improve your eating habits by eating 3 balanced meals a day (click on 'Diet' and 'Weight loss' and 'Slimming Diet' for an example of a balanced, low-fat, high-fibre diet which you can use as an example for balanced eating). Seeing that you DON'T need to lose more weight, you can eat larger portions of the permitted foods. If you are bothered by your tummy then go ask Fitness Doc for a home workout which targets the abdominal area and firm up those muscles, or join a good gym and ask the instructor for a targeted exercise programme for the tummy.
Best regards
