Ciplatrim is what is called a Schedule 5 medication which can thus only be prescribed by a medical doctor. Make an appointment with your gp to discuss if you can or cannot use Ciplatrim. Because Ciplatrim contains a compound called sibutramine people with heart, blood pressure and circulatory problems should not take these tablets. The dr should examine you to make sure that you can use this medication and also monitor your progress.
