Coffee, Tea and Weight Loss
Good day,

I am currently dieting to loose 24kg. I exercise 6 days a week for between 30 and 60 min, combining weight training with cardio. I also drink about 2l of water every day. Because I have increased my exercise every day I am quite hungry during meals. I have started drinking either coffee (normal) and black tea whenever I have a craving for food. This helps me to weight a bit and stops me from nibbling things inbetween. I would like to know, will this stop me from losing weight. I drink about 5 cups of coffee/tea per day.

No this type of coffee and tea intake without sugar and milk, contains no calories or kilojoules and will not prevent you losing weight. Keep up the good work with your exercise.
