Cole/onion soup
I'm trying to get hold of the cole/ onion type soup. Its a diet when you only eat that for two weeks and will lose weight

You can make any vegetable soup with stock cubes, water and chopped up vegetables of any kind (not just onions) and have this soup with wholewheat bread 3 times a day and you will start losing weight because these foods contain so little energy. Don't go on this diet for longer than a week at a time, because you will develop deficiencies and also feel tired and listless.
