Colourant allergy
I am allergic to tartrazine and food mix 2 (blue, yellow, pink, blue). Is there a list of South African food products available that I could use that are free from added colourants. Even Annato (natural colourant used in butter) has been recorded to cause allergic reactions by Australian medical experts. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
