Craving for chocolates
I had a quadruple bypass operation in 1999 and since then have been avoiding eating chocolates for years. But lately I have this big craving for it and helped myself to moderate amounts of chocolates. I also take 20 mg of Lipitor and use Pro Oxidin. Must I still cut chocolates out?

Dear Reader
This craving may be due to your not eating sufficient unprocessed carbohydrates. If you are strong enough to eat only one chocolate a day (5g), then this should not make too much of a difference, but beware of starting with 1 and ending up by eating a whole slab or box!
