Dear CJ
1 portion fruit (e.g. one fresh fruit, or 150 ml of fruit juice or 2-3 T of cooked, dried fruit), 1/2 cup cereal (preferably high-bran) or porridge with 1/2 cup of fat-free milk or yoghurt, and 1 t honey or 1 T of raisins or 3 strawberries or any other sweetener, 1-2 slices of wholewheat or seedbread or rye bread with 1-2 t polyunsaturated margarine, 30g of cheese (use fat-free cottage cheese if you are slimming) or 2-3 T of peanut butter or 1 boiled or poached egg, plus a hot beverage with fat-free milk to taste. You can also divide this breakfast into 2 smaller meals (fruit plus cereal and milk/yoghurt = meal 1, eaten early), (toast with protein = meal 2, eaten say at 10 am) if you prefer smaller meals or need to have 6 smaller meals a day.
