The good news is that people of all ages are capable of losing weight if they reduce their energy intake (the easiest way is to reduce your fat intake) and start doing exercise. If you have a large abdomen then you need to do exercises that target this area (plenty of situps, etc) and general aerobic exercises (brisk walking, jogging, rowing, cycling, swimming) to reduce your overall weight. You should either join a good gym or start your own exercise programme (ask Fitness Doc for a home work-out programme that targets the tum).
