How can i lose 10 or more kg's in 6 weeks? the gym and cardio part is sorted, what 6 meal a day diet plan would you say is best to follow(or other?)thank you.

I would suggest that you try an energy-reduced, low-fat, high-fibre diet (click on 'Diet' at the top of this page, 'Weight loss', ‘Balanced diet' and then on 'Slimming Diet' for a copy of such a diet), to lose weight. Split the meals up into two smaller ones, e.g. breakfast: high-fibre cereal with fat-free milk and a hot beverage; mid-morning snack: 2 slices of low-GI bread with cottage cheese and fruit, etc. You should lose between 0,5 and 1 kg per week on this type of diet if you combine it with regular daily exercise, thus 6 kg in 6 weeks. Trying to lose 10 kg in 6 weeks is a bit too fast - and fast weight loss usually leads to fast re-gain of the lost weight, something you don't need.
