diet for fat tummy
I weigh 59 kg and am 1.74 m tall which gives me a bmi of 19. I have a huge tummy and started exercising recently. I would like to change my diet as well to get rid of this excess ab fat. Do u think cutting off carbs is a good idea and is low fat milk okay or must i consume fat free or skim milk. Can u recommend a good diet.
Dear Madelaine
If your BMI = 19,8 then you should under NO circumstances lose more weight as this would put you in the anorexic range. If your tummy is bigger than the rest of you, you need to do some serious exercises to tighten it up, not fiddle with your diet. Ask Fitness Doc on this Website for home exercises like sit-ups and pelvic thrusts to help you flatten your tummy. I do not think cutting out carbs is a good idea at all and would recommend that you eat more instead of less. You can use skim milk to reduce your fat intake, but don't reduce your total energy intake as you are skin and bone already.
