Digestive problems
I have a problem with eating now a days. When I eat I find my stomach is very full and after that I feel like going to the toilet

It is always advisable to have changes in your digestion checked by a medical dr as these symptoms can be due to underlying pathology which can in some cases be serious. So do go for a checkup and once we have a diagnosis we can see if your diet needs to be changed.
