Does Bioslim really work - without any side effects
Dear Doc,
This Bio slim stuff??? I know friends that used it and they lost a good couple of kilo's. All I want to know is, is the ingredients really good for you (in the bio slim tablets and detox stuff) is it all natural and can anybody use it as often as you want without ANY SIDE EFFECTS????

If you look in the Archives you will see that I do not approve of diet pills and potions because they all have undesirable side-effects and cost money. The weight you lose when using most of these 'dream products' is achieved by using the low-energy diet they prescribe. You can achieve the same effect by using a low-fat, high-fibre diet (click on 'Diet' and 'Weight loss' and 'Slimming Diet' for a copy) and doing regular exercise.
