Drinking water
I struggle to drink water. Please help.

If you do not find it easy to drink water, you need not worry because the recommendation is that adults should drink 2,5 litres of Liquid per day. This may include water, but also includes tea, coffee, milk, bottled water, soda water, fruit juice, cold drinks (be careful not to drink too much fruit juice or sweetened cold drinks as this can lead to weight gain), and all other beverages you consume in a day.
