eating
Hi doc i hope you had a great festive season, Happy New Year. Thanks for this great site. I'm 1.75m tall and weigh 58kg, i use to weigh 55kg. So i've put on 3kg's. I'm tryig to loose this weight now, but it seem the kilos don't want to budge. I'm eating healthy and sensibly, most of the time. I just don't feel like eating in the evenings so i just have some popcorn, i love the stuff. And im eating maby one or two of these weighless slim slabs too nearly everyday, they are only 80calories a bar, is this bad for you? Otherwise i have my tuna salad for lunch, for breakfast i take this diet shake and a piece of fruit. Does not look to healthy...hey?
Thanks
Jackie
Thanks
Jackie
Dear Jackie
I apologise for only responding to your question today, but I had to have an operation last Wednesday, and although I informed the boffins who administer the Message Board, they failed to block incoming messages while I was in hospital.
Thank you for the good wishes which I return to you too. Seeing that your present BMI = 18,7 now that you have gained those 3 kg, I can only say 'Thank goodness for the slight weight gain!'. Please stop trying to lose those 3 kg. In fact, it would be better if you weighed 68 kg, which would give you an ideal BMI of 22. Try to eat a balanced diet and have regular meals, otherwise you will get sick.
Best regards
