How long does it take for to turn into fat(Body fat)

Dear Dave
Stop worrying about that fast food you ate - see my reply below. It is difficult to predict how fast fat contained in food will be deposited in the body's fat stores - it depends on so many factors (type of diet, availability of energy sources, level of activity, your basic metabolic turnover, etc).
