Fat free foods
I have lost 36 kgs in the last 6 months by eating fat free, salt free and sugar free (or as close as I can get to these). I drink 2 litres of water a day and do Taebo 5 times a week (advanced). I am 1.5m tall, 36 years old (with a size 3 shoe). At present I weigh 59 kg's. What should I weigh and how do I loose more (reached a major plateau!). I love eating slim slabs (about 5 a day) and jelly babies (fat free) - are these ok to eat or should I stop doing so?

Congratulations on losing those 36 kg - you are a bright ***star****. At present your BMI = 26,2, which is still above the normal range (18-25). To enter the normal range with a BMI of say 24, you would still have to lose 5 kg. Plateaux in weight loss are very frustrating, but if you continue with your exercise and sensible eating plan then you should still lose those 5 kg. Just be patient. Be careful that eating those slim slabs and jelly babies does not push up your energy intake too much as this could be a reason for weight loss slowing down. They are good foods to eat, but any food if eaten to excess has the potential to cause weight gain or hamper weight loss.
