Fatigue and Constipation
I am constantly tired and would like to find out what can I do to get more energy. I have joined a gym and am eating sensibly ie. lots of fibre, fruit, very little fat and sugar. My digestion is also very slow and I tend to always feel bloated. What can I use to clean all the toxins out of my colon? How do I know everything has been cleaned out? Will Senna tablets do the job.
Dear Maria
I apologise for only responding to your question today, but I had to have an operation last Wednesday, and although I informed the boffins who administer the Message Board, they failed to block incoming messages while I was in hospital.
If you are always tired this could be due to low blood pressure or anaemia or thyroid deficiency or depression - the list goes on and on. You should really have a medical check up to see if there is an underlying condition causing this fatigue. At the same time ask the dr if you suffer from Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). If you do have IBS then using harsh laxatives is totally wrong as they can affect your normal peristalsis and do more harm than good. Give your body a chance to react to the sensible diet and the exercise.
And have that checkup.
Best regards
