flabby belly
I am an apple shaped lady with a big belly and big back please advice on how I can lose the excesss fat in my belly and back

If you are overweight then you need to lose weight all round by going on a low-fat, high-fibre diet (click on 'Diet' at the top of this page, 'Weight loss' , ‘The right approach' and then on 'Slimming Diet' for a copy of such a diet), and increasing your energy output by doing regular exercise. However if you are not overweight then you need to do targeted exercises to firm up the tummy and buttocks. Ask Fitness Doc on this Website about exercises that work on this body area or join a gym and get the instructor to work out a programme that targets the tummy and buttocks.
