Dear Nini
Milk and dairy products are the very best source of calcium in the diet. Vegetables and fruit hardly contain any calcium. You don't explain why you are not allowed to take a calcium supplement, as this is practically the only other good source of calcium available to someone who has to cut out all milk products. If you can post a new message telling me why you are not allowed to take calcium supplements then I can try and work out what you can do to obtain some calcium from the diet.
