WHAT FOOD IS GOOD TO EAT WHEN I HAVE MY MENSTRUAL CYCLE, I BLEED HEAVILY AND CRAVE CARBS AND SUGARY FOODS

Click on 'Diet' at the top of this page and then on 'DietDoc's articles' and read article 57 'PMS and diet' for guidelines. I do think, however, that you should have a gynaecological examination to find out why you bleed so heavily as this could cause iron-deficiency anaemia.
So go for a checkup ASAP
