Fruit and teeth
every time i go on a healthy balanced diet which obviously includes lots more fruit and veg i get a tooth ache, could it be the sweetness in the fruit? it is quite off putting has anyone had this happen and how long will the tooth ache last? it is eina!!

Your teeth could be sensitive due to loss of their enamel covering and probably react to the acid, as well as the sweetness of fruit. I would suggest that you consult your dentist, because even if you don't have any holes in your teeth, the dentist can treat these sensitive areas for you.
