Fruit at night
Hi doc

Is it healthy to eat only fruit at night? My fiance loves to make a platter of fruit for dinner with 5 or 6 different kinds...

Is this a healthy supper? I am worried it ferments in our tummys at night

Fruit won't really ferment in your stomach during the night. Eating a platter of 5-6 different kinds of fruit for supper is a healthy option. If you find that you require a bit more substance, add fat-free cottage cheese, yoghurt and nuts to the fruit.
