gluten and dairy free diet
I suffer from Multiple Sclerosis and find that being on a gluten and dairy free diet helps considerably. I worry that I might be missing out on some essential and important vitamins /minerals etc.
could you please advise me.
thank you

Dear Little Weed
If you are avoiding all wheat products then you may need to take a B complex supplement (ask at the chemist). Cutting out all milk and dairy products can lead to a calcium deficiency, so do use a calcium supplement such as Calcium Sandoz or Caltrate on a regular basis.
