what is better fat free or skim milk and why? what would be most helpful when wanting to lose weight?

In SA, both skim and fat-free milk are defined as milk that only contains 0,2% fat. You can, therefore, use either product for slimming purposes. 2% milk contains 2% fat, while full cream or whole milk contains 3,3% fat.
