Healthy but suffer from flatulence

I eat a very healthy diet but suffer from serious flatulence. What could be causing it? Basically home made musli for breakfast, fruit / yoghurt for snack, salad lunch, more fruit snack and meat and veggies for dinner (chicken mostly).

Dear Sunshine
Bloating or flatulence can be indicative of so many different conditions (gastritis, ulcers, reflux, gallstones, food allergies or sensitivities, colitis or Irritable Bowel Syndrome, etc, etc), that I would recommend that you have a medical checkup to try and pinpoint which one of these factors is causing the problem. Once we have a diagnosis (e.g. wheat allergy or fructose sensitivity, etc), we can look at dietary changes.
